Bududa, Natural
Plum jam, mandarin & sherbet.
---
The first time we met this micro lot some five years ago, it was love at first sip. Quality natural Ugandan Arabica was almost non-existent, hence the nickname 'The Unicorn' was born in honour of its mythological reputation. Bududa sits south-facing upon one of the most beautiful landscapes in Africa, resulting in some truly unique coffee. A state-of-the-art drying facility was built from funds donated through The Cup That Counts to manage air flow and sun, using only the ripest cherries to enhance the intense fruitiness we enjoy in this coffee. The results speak for themselves with this years lot exhibiting the highest cupping scores of any harvest to date. Enjoy a harmonious union of plum jam, mandarin and sherbet.--- Suggested Recipe ~~~ In: 21.5g Out: 44g Time: 28sec Temp: 94.5°C ===
