Lem Lem, Washed

Bergamot, lemon-lime & jasmine honeysuckle florals.

---

For Lemlem Shibiru, the practice of coffee farming is more of an art than a science. Nestled in the verdant hills of Kochere county, Lemlem's passion for coffee was cultivated at a young age. Lemlem Shibiru dreamed of establishing her own washing station in Biloya town. For years, she sold her coffee cherries to private processing facilities, often at lower prices than they were worth. In 2019, a pivotal moment arrived when Lemlem met the Jabanto Group. Her determination to enhance coffee production and quality, combined with her rich experience, impressed the team. With increased profits from her partnership with Jabanto, Lemlem realised her dream. Her washing station, situated on a two-hectare plot, became a beacon of opportunity, sourcing cherries from over 100 farmers in the Biloya and Baya villages.
